If you have any problems with your purchase please let us know. If you are not satisfied with your order we will offer a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned to us within 30 days in the original undamaged packaging.

In the unlikely event the goods are damaged, we accept responsibility for parcels lost in trasit in New Zealand prior to their having being delivered to your delivery address, provided we are notified within 7 days.
Please do not return damaged goods – notify us first as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from the HoneyWorld end.
Please keep damaged items and packaging as you have received them and take a photo if you can. This assists our claims process.
We do not accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made to your address as it was dispatched from our factory.

We utilise the services of DPS for the checkout process, as they specialise in secure credit card transactions. No credit card data is ever stored on our servers.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods, which you order, are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country.
HoneyWorld Ltd accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.
Import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.
If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We cannot provide a refund until the products have been returned.
We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs if they contain items, which are prohibited.
It is important to store our products below 30 degrees C and out of direct sunlight.
